Understanding your own body and mind is your first step to better sex.  Liz is here to help you take that step with personalized 1-on-1 coaching via Zoom.

For women in particular, unlocking your body for new sexual energy, sexual wellbeing, and overall health starts with understanding your own sexual body and mind.

​

As women age, their body changes and pre and post-menopause sex can be especially confusing.

​

Liz is a certified life coach and is available to consult with you virtually (online zoom) about your body, your lifestyle journey and challenges and all of your sexual health needs.

 

Unlocking your body and mind means:

3. increased overall health and happiness

COACHING PRICES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Please note that not every client is a good fit for Sexual Life Coaching, and the first 30-minute session will help determine if Sex Geek Liz is right for you.  We reserve the right to refuse any clients.

 

Rates:

  • FREE 30 Minute Connection Call (normally $75) 

  • Hourly Rate with No Subscription: $99/hour (normally $125)

  • Bi-Weekly Subscription: $179 for 2-hours/month (normally $200)

  • Weekly Subscription: $299 for 4-hours/month (normally $425)

Liz is a Certified Professional Life Coach and a True Sex Geek!  What does that mean?

  1. Liz has a BS in Animal Science from Virginia Tech with a concentration on reproduction. (1994)

  2. Liz is Certified by Texas State University as a Certified Professional Life Coach. (2022)

  3. Liz is a Certified Cuddlist. (2023)

  4. Liz is a Certified Tantric Practitioner and has completed Dakini 1 Training with Lauren Harkness.(2026)

  5. Liz is studying 2 additional certifications (Trauma Informed Leadership and Consensual Non-Monogamy).

  6. Liz has studied intensly and is experienced in: Sexual Health Over 40, Life and Sexual Trauma, Ethical and Consensual Non-Monogamy (The Lifestyle), Sexual Mental Health, Sexual Physical Health, Intro to Tantra and Homeopathy.
